This opening phase happens without hypnosis and helps us create a clear, safe foundation for your session.

Revisit, Reveal & Reframe
Through therapeutic hypnosis in an RTT session, I guide you to safely revisit the past and uncover the root cause of the patterns holding you back.
Together, we connect your earlier experiences to the challenges you face today, gently reframe limiting beliefs, and begin rewiring new, supportive ones that create lasting change in your mind, body, and identity.

Transform & Repattern
You’ll receive a personalised transformation recording created specifically for your unique needs and the patterns you’re ready to shift.
This recording is a key part of the transformation process. It reinforces the new neural pathways we activate in your session and helps the change take root in your identity, your nervous system, and your everyday life.

Re-embody & Integrate
We’ll meet twice after your session for integrative coaching sessions that blend somatic work, EFT tapping, breathwork, and mind‑body education.
These sessions support your transformation, deepen the integration of your breakthroughs, and give us space to track your progress and refine your healing process together.
